Swinger
Yes my son is a swinger! Jared and Allison were kind enough to give us their swing so we finagled it in Nana and Papa's tree. He loved it! (Not sure if it was just a coincidence or if he got a little nauseous but he ended up spitting up at the end of the ride!)
First Parade
Owen and I headed up to Story City to celebrate our heritage at the Scandinavian Days parade. (Daddy was golfing but joined us later!) Owen seemed to enjoy the sights and sounds, and even slept through some of it which I consider a miracle! I love being Norwegian and I love having candy thrown at me...combining the two sounds like a great way to spend a Saturday!!

New Noises
Owen has discovered he can make a new noise! It is hilarious to watch how hard he has to concentrate to do it though!
